About the Authors:

Chris Prince has been in the construction industry for the past 15 years, both in the field and formal training. By developing courses and teaching in live classroom settings, he has helped more than 10,000 candidates across the country prepare for state licensing exams.

Mr. Prince has been instrumental in launching an online training program for residential and commercial contractors, with emphasis on building theory, codes, licensing, lien laws, business management, ethics, OSHA, contract law, payroll, and project management. He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.

American Contractors Educational Services has successfully prepared candidates for state required licensing exams since 1991. A team of full time instructors comprises field experience, training expertise and formal education to formulate an effective and dynamic approach to concisely present pertinent test information in a seminar format.
