About the Author:
Phillip Queen is a certified Fire
Officer, Training Officer, and curriculum developer for the
California State Fire Marshal¿s Office and the California college
system. His various fire-related titles include CEO of a fire
management consultant company, Qualified Safety Officer, Strike Team
Leader, Division Group Supervisor, and Training Specialist for an
incident management team.
Phillip is an instructor for several fire
academies and colleges in California and Nevada and has more than 37
years experience in the fire service.
