Tall Pipe Chase Housing

The Tall Pipe Chase Housing (PCH) is designed to provide a leak-proof pathway to the roof for Multiple Condensing Units & other Rooftop Equipment

The Tall Pipe Chase Housing will accommodate up to 1-5/8 OD pipes using Pipe Exit Seals (purchased separately). Additionally, 4 and 6 inch field-installable collars are available for larger or heavily insulated piping.

  There are three parts to the Height:
  • The lid area is 2 inches. 
  • The center (usable area for penetrations) 17 inches
  • The skirt (overlaping Curb) 3 inches. 

• Curb Length 19-1/4 inches
• Curb Width  13-1/4   inches 
• Curb Height (without Housing)  13-1/2 inches
• The Curb has a two inch flange out to screw to the roof deck. 
  Screw holes are on 2 inch centers.
