outside this area. Orders shipped within the 48 US States
may be shipped via UPS Ground,
or US Post Office at our discretion. Orders shipped to Alaska
and Hawaii are

the US Postal

RETURNS POLICY:
Generally, Books may be returned for credit within 10 days of
receipt. Some items accepted for return may be subject to a restocking
fee to cover shipping and processing fees that can vary depending on the particular item and circumstances. If you have
questions about restocking fees before purchasing, please email us

and
re-salable condition. Damaged items cannot be accepted for refund.
No refunds will be made for software,
CDs, DVDs, MP3s, or video/cassette products unless such terms have
been previously agreed to by us in writing. Defective software, CDs,
DVDs, MP3s or video/cassette items may be exchanged only for the
same titles and editions as the defective item. Please contact us
